3 ways to help trust the Messiah’s plan !

1. Wake up to His will for you.

2. Look up to the Author and finisher of your faith.

3. Stay up in His presence and precepts.

Lets learn to trust God from these few thoughts below:

At the Red Sea, Moses and the nation of Israel were faced with a demoralizing dead end. Pharaoh had released God’s people, but he certainly was not happy about what he had done. He immediately gathered his soldiers and led the pursuit to recapture God’s people.

The Israelites, in the meantime, felt amazingly free. They temporarily forgot the sorrows of Egyptian bondage. However, with Pharaoh’s army suddenly breathing down their necks, they realized their only avenue of escape was blocked. They were unarmed and had no way of defending themselves. Death seemed imminent.
Have you ever felt this way? You may have tried to do what was right and even sensed some release from your problems. However, the moment you drew in a deep breath, you felt the pursuit was on again, and there was no way to outrun the problem pursuing you. When your back is against a wall and there appears to be no way of escape, remember, God will make a way of escape for you.
At the first sight of the Egyptian soldiers, the people of Israel cried out and turned on Moses:
“What have you done to us by bringing us out of Egypt? … It would have been better for us to serve the Egyptians than to die in the desert!” Then the Lord said to Moses, “Why are you crying out to me? Tell the Israelites to move on. Raise your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea to divide the water so that the Israelites can go through the sea on dry ground” (Exodus 14: 11-12, 15-16).
All the time Israel was crying and fretting, God had a plan. Trials and troubles are opportunities for God to display His power in your life. Trust Him to rescue you from the hand of your enemy.

4.Easy Tips To Get More Clicks !

1. It’s a numbers game.Using numbers in your headline isn’t a revolutionary idea, but is, without a doubt, worth mentioning. Numbers are rated as  highly effective by seasoned marketers, in terms of drawing in readers. For example, was the headline: “Top 15 Upscale Neighborhoods in Honolulu.” Why: because it had a number in it that made the topic more descriptive.

Also, “Top” suggested that the site had listed nothing but the best neighborhoods. So, along with numbers, a punchy adjective will encourage readers to read the post.

2. Create a sense of mystery.

You need to make sure your readers can’t sleep at night without reading your articles. I don’t write this to be mean. Stimulating your visitors’ curiosity is a powerful tool to increase your CTR because it compels visitors to investigate further. Here are some examples, just off the top of my head:

“This One Marketing Method Shot Her Conversion Rate Off the Roof!”
“You’ll Never Eat Ice Cream Again after Watching This”

3. State your reader’s problem.

It doesn’t get more descriptive than that. We all know that when most people consume content, they do so in the hopes of getting their problems solved. In short, they have a problem, and they’re hoping to uncover the solution by reading a relevant article about it online.
The technique I’m describing has two elements: First, state the reader’s problem, then state the possible result, once it’s solved. The first element tells your readers off the bat whether your content is what they’re looking for. The second element tells them the positive outcome, and makes seeking the solution that much more necessary.

Here are some examples.
“No Website Traffic? Triple Your Website Visitors Now Using These Easy-to-Use Techniques”
“Not Enough Email Subscribers? These Time-Tested Strategies Will Double Your Sign-ups in 2 Months”

4. Take note of “the trifecta.”

Easy. Simple. Free. The mental picture that these words creates is obvious: convenience. I think we can generalize, and say that everybody loves convenience. That explains, for instance, why there is a proliferation of apps for almost everything we can think of, and why the app-creation industry is in such a boom. Convenience enhances our lives because it gives us more time for other things.
As you may have noticed, this is a technique I used in my headline, “Easy-to-Use.” Couple that with a benefit that’s very specific (“Click on Your Headlines”), and you’ve got a winner. That you clicked on my headline is proof that the headline worked.
The trick to a powerful headline, then, is to engage the reader’s curiosity and to create a sense of convenience. It isn’t rocket science, which is precisely why you should be engineering your headlines with these tips, to win immediate increases in CTR.

These questions will help you find the right career path for you.\n• Learn how to distinguish between your hobbies and your bigger interests. Just because you like to play guitar, doesn’t necessarily mean you should pursue music as a career. But if you eat, sleep and breathe guitar, then continue to practice and perfect your craft and pursue your dream.

• Don’t give up on your hobbies. Just because your passion isn’t lucrative, doesn’t mean you can’t or shouldn’t partake in it. In fact, the opposite is true. Life is about learning to balance work and fun, and giving up either will be detrimental to your emotional health. Remember that if you never worked at anything, you wouldn’t be able to appreciate the free time you have to partake in hobbies or spend time with friends.

2. Explore and develop your talents. If you want to reach your potential, you will have to devote time to strengthening the talents you already have, and uncovering any hidden talents that you haven’t discovered yet.

• Take classes or private lessons in subjects that you are interested in, even if you have no previous experience. You never know when that one elective class will open the door to an entirely new career that you had never considered.• Don’t be discouraged if you realize that you are not skilled at something. Remember that even recognizing what you are not good at is still a step in the right direction, pointing you toward what you are good at.

3. Pursue your goals passionately and responsibly. Once you have set your mind to doing something, follow through with it. Be prepared for obstacles, and don’t expect immediate results. All good things take time and hard work, but it will be well worth it in the end when you achieve your goals.

• Remember that at the end of your life, you are much more likely to regret the things you didn’t do than the things you did do.

 4. Stand up for yourself. In life, you will undoubtedly come across people who will try to take advantage of you, whether it is financially or emotionally. While you should strive to be a sensitive, caring person on the one hand, you must also be tough-skinned and not let people walk all over you.

• Be skeptical when people ask you to borrow money, constantly expect you to pay for things, or ask for favors without reciprocating. This person is probably taking advantage of you.

• Be vocal when something is bothering you. Whether it is your employer, your spouse, or your family member, you should get in the habit of calmly letting people know when they have crossed the line. You might be surprised to learn that this person had no idea that he or she was upsetting you.

Alexander III ( 356 BC – 10 June 323 BC) was the Ruler of Macedon, and creator of an empire that included Greece, Persia, Egypt, and many regions beyond them; commonly known as Alexander the Great. He was undefeated in battle and is considered one of history’s most successful military commanders. During his youth, Alexander was tutored by the philosopher Aristotle until the age of 16. Seeking to reach the “ends of the world and the Great Outer Sea”, he invaded India in 326 BC, but was eventually forced to turn back at the demand of his troops. Alexander died in Babylon in 323 BC.

― Alexander the Great
“We of Macedon for generations past have been trained in the hard school of danger and war…”

10 Things To Consider Working For Self

I realized that work is different from a job, hence work is centered on your passion, ones innate abilities and a job is centered on money and skills – taught capabilities, It’s true: Anyone can get a nine-to-five job right out of college.

But most of the time, it doesn’t happen to be a job people are happy about or want to work at.
They spend hours at a desk, working on projects that have no meaning to their lives and sitting on paychecks they may have no idea what to do with.
They only get two weeks of vacation, and they can only take it when it is okay with the rest of the company.
Why people choose this life after four years of hard work is beyond me.
But, maybe I’m incorrect. I’ve never had a typical nine-to-five job, and it isn’t something I want to have. Months after graduating college, I started a business of my own, and I would never change my decision.
Starting my own business empowered me to live my life the way I want to.
Instead of working for someone who doesn’t have your best interests at heart, why not work for yourself? Here are 10 reasons to give it a shot:

1. You know your work habits

No one understands how you work better than you do. Why work for someone who probably won’t respect that? You know how much work you can get done, and you know how smart you are. Apply that to the business you’ve been dying to start instead of a business that doesn’t want to apply itself to you.
2. You’ll learn to work smarter.

At a regular job, you may learn how to work smarter rather than harder. But, since it isn’t your money you’re toying around with, you probably won’t be trying too hard to get things done very quickly. When you start your own business, you have to learn how to do a lot of jobs in a short amount of time. You’ll become more efficient, leaving you with more time to get other things done.

3. You’ll understand the value of hard work.

Being an entrepreneur is the most challenging job on the planet. But, it is also the most rewarding. All of the hours and labor you put into your business will pay off. You’ll appreciate when you make a profit and you will want to continue working harder to get higher numbers. You will never take another hour in the day for granted because you know that time could be generating profit.

4. You’ll gain better sales and networking skills.

When starting a business, you’ll have to find the right people to help you. You’ll have to learn how to talk to people and how to sell your business if you want to survive. At a regular job, someone else may be doing the work for you, which won’t benefit you later on when you move up the chain. You’ll learn how to gain stronger relationships, and those will pay off when you need help with anything.

5. You’ll work on your own schedule.

No one will tell you what time to come into work. You will be your own boss, so you will determine when you need to start work and when you can be done for the day. You no longer have to work incredibly late, unless you decide to. While this is a blessing, it can also be a curse. However, you will reap the benefits of this curse later on.

6. You only have so many years of energy.

If you wait until later in life to start a business, it may be too late. If you plan on having kids, think twice. Having kids and launching a startup don’t mix well. If you get started sooner, having a family or having an early retirement will be a lot easier down the road.

7. You have nothing to lose.

Because you’re fresh out of college, you most likely don’t yet own many things or have many people riding on your paychecks. So, why not start something while you have a bit of time to be selfish? You won’t have to take a mortgage on your house or sell a car to start the business quite yet.

8. You’re fresh with ideas.

I’m not saying the older you get, the fewer ideas you have. You’re just more likely to act on crazy ideas now rather than later. You may second guess your idea to start a business 20 years from now. You’ve had years to generate tons of ideas, and you’ve learned tons of strategies. So, why not start putting them to use rather than waiting years to be promoted at some company that may not acknowledge your opinions?

9. You’ll get smarter.

Because you’ll have to learn every aspect of the business, you’ll become smarter about starting a business rather than working a corporate job. You’ll become an accountant, a marketer, a salesman and all sorts of other positions. No one else will be able to handle your amount of work quite as well as you.

10. You’ll be doing what you love.

So many people out of college succumb to a life of banality because they are told that’s what they have to do. Don’t be that person. You’ve always known what you want to do, so why not do it? Don’t work a job that sucks. Create your own career.

High Expectations
I quote High Expectations are the key to everything – Sam Walton

In many ways, the concept of high expectations is not just an educational or instructional issue, but also an ethical and social-justice issue.
This concept could be seen as an antipode to the often-heard phrase

” the soft bigotry of low expectations, which can bring only exacerbates or perpetuates the conditions that cause or contributes to lower educational professional financial or cultural achievement and success.

We live our lives trying to fulfill expectations both our own and others’.

Sometimes it can be daunting but Hey ! Ignoring them won’t sweep them under the carpet. (go away)

Ladies and gentleman do not mistake expectations for reality.

It’s important to note that expectations are not targets.

Your target might be to get straight A’ or 10 Clients this week, but don’t let that also be your expectation.

Please learn to enjoy the process of achieving your goals.- High Expectations.

You expect it to be cold once winter comes around

It has happened in the past, it is going to happen again, right ?

More often than not, past experiences dictate expectations.

So instead of looking for how things are the same, we can look for how they are different.
