The Lamb of Lambs

Our good Shepherd has in His flock a variety of experiences, some are strong in the Lord, and others are weak in faith, but He is impartial in His care for all His sheep, and the weakest lamb is as dear to Him as the most advanced of the flock. Lambs are wont to lag behind, prone to wander, and apt to grow weary, but from all the danger of these infirmities the Shepherd protects them with His arm of power. He finds new-born souls, like young lambs, ready to perish-He nourishes them till life becomes vigorous; He finds weak minds ready to faint and die-He consoles them and renews their strength. All the little ones He gathers, for it is not the will of our heavenly Father that one of them should perish. What a quick eye He must have to see them all! What a tender heart to care for them all! What a far- reaching and potent arm, to gather them all! In His lifetime on earth He was a great gatherer of the weaker sort, and now that He dwells in heaven, His loving heart yearns towards the meek and contrite, the timid and feeble, the fearful and fainting here below. How gently did He gather me to Himself, to His truth, to His blood, to His love, to His church! With what effectual grace did He compel me to come to Himself! Since my first conversion, how frequently has He restored me from my wanderings, and once again folded me within the circle of His everlasting arm! The best of all is, that He does it all Himself personally, not delegating the task of love, but condescending Himself to rescue and preserve His most unworthy servant. How shall I love Him enough or serve Him worthily? I would fain make His name great unto the ends of the earth, but what can my feebleness do for Him? Great Shepherd, add to Thy mercies this one other, a heart to love Thee more truly as I ought.

Need Some Help With Email Marketing? Try These Solutions!

Everyone knows that in order to have a successful business, it’s important to employ good marketing strategies. While there are many ways to market your products, email marketing is a great way to utilize the internet and reach an unlimited target market. Read on to discover ways to use email marketing in your business.

Target your audience. Encourage your subscribers to invite their friends to join your list too. You should also be sure you have a subscribe link sent out in your email. This will help your existing customers send a link to their friends. Your email base can really grow this way.

It is important that your friendly form line is one that your subscribers will recognize. For example, do not have the CEO of your company sending the emails. The reader may not know who it is from and just delete the email. In the subject line, put your business’s name.

Get creative with your email designs to find out what works best. Send out a few emails with content and links that differ in their fonts and text color. Play around with image positioning, including buttons and logos. After you’ve sent the emails, find out which ones had the best click-thru rates. Stick with those for the time being, but change it up on occasion to see if you can find a method that works even better. More click-thru rates equate to more sales.

Be prepared to respond to emails if your email marketing is done properly. If you take too long to respond, you may miss a bunch of opportunities. If you provide good content that is free, be prepared to get responses to it from your recipients. You must be prepared and available as much as you can.

Use tools to measure the success of your email marketing campaign. You should learn all you can about how many times your emails are read, if your subject lines are being read, which articles you write are being read, etc. Using information like this can help with the future success of your campaign since you will know what works and what does not.

A lot of your customers will be opening your emails on their smartphones or mobile devices. Many mobile devices have lower resolution than the average computer monitor. Find out more about the limitations that come with these devices, and be sure that the emails will be able to be read on all screens.

You don’t want to alienate a good customer just to keep your email base high. For this reason, you should always give readers an easy and obvious way to unsubscribe. To put a silver lining on unsubscribe requests, constantly ask readers why they want to unsubscribe and use that information to improve the experience for future readers.

Playing with fonts is fun, and you may be tempted to spice up your emails with exotic fonts. Resist that temptation! Fonts may display differently, or even be replaced by defaults, on someone else’s computer. Even if an odd font does display correctly, there is no guarantee that your recipient will appreciate it the same way you do. To avoid any font-based mishaps, stick with fonts that are widespread, easy to read, and understated.

Set up some expectations for your recipients when they sign up for your email campaign. Once they sign up, they should receive an immediate confirmation email that highlights what they can receive from signing up. This can help you build great customers relationships and help you avoid complaints from the recipients not being aware of what they were receiving.

Write your email marketing campaign content for human beings, not software. If the text is authentically intended for human reading, you do not need to worry about spam filters eating your messages alive. Do not get cute or overly creative with your vocabulary in an attempt to avoid spam filtration.

Getting permission to send emails is not difficult to get. You can use discounts, coupons, special offers and even flyers given out in trade shows to get customers interested enough to receive your emails. They can sign up on your website among other methods. By being friendly and offering a good incentive to sign up, customers may even give you access to personal information and their personal preferences.

Make sure your email campaign matches your brand. Use the same logos, fonts, colors as well as a similar messaging style to what your readers could find on your website. This helps the receivers of your email feel comfortable with the content and makes them more likely to open it.

Your customers will be more open to your email marketing campaign if you let them choose the frequency of your messages when they sign up. Knowing how often they can expect to hear from you will keep them from feeling surprised or overwhelmed by your messages. This will make them more receptive to what you have to say.

Try sending birthday messages to your subscribers. You can allow a place when your readers sign up to include their birth dates. When their birthdays arrive, you can create a message that can be sent to them. This can build a positive and personal relationship with the recipient that can really boost your business.

Keep the emails you send consistent with your existing branding conventions. Design new correspondence to match the color tones you have been using. Also, make sure your logo is prominently displayed on all outgoing messages. When you have already established yourself with a reputation that is trustworthy then any emails you send out will be to your advantage.

Get permission from individuals before you send any e-mail to them. Never send out e-mails to people without their consent. Unsolicited e-mails in a person’s inbox can easily be considered spam. You don’t want marketing to annoy people. Make sure your get permission before you turn off any potential customers.

As you can see, email marketing can be an effective marketing method for any business when used properly. By utilizing the internet, you are reaching countless potential customers outside of your local area. Use the tips above to kick-start your email marketing campaign and begin turning a profit in your business.

While Facebook does offer paid options for marketing your business, there are also plenty of free options at your disposal. All content on your site should be easy to Like and Share on Facebook. It should also appear in shortened form with a link on your Facebook wall. If people are able to share your content with their followers, you’ll find that your reach begins to expand exponentially, and so will your profits.

Use Facebook to share links to your site. You should try writing weekly articles or launching a video blog so you can create more content on a regular basis. Your audience will subscribe to your updates on Facebook if you create quality content. Make sure you mention your Facebook campaign in your articles or videos.

Think about why your page exists. Are you simply trying to get the word out about your company and new products? Or, is the page functioning as a forum for better communication with your customers? Once you have a clear picture of what you want your page to do, you can begin working on your marketing goals.

Do not let the excitement over your page die down. Commit yourself to updating at least a few times a week. If you do not, your followers are going to feel neglected and they probably will not follow you or your products as passionately. Once you set up a page, you have to be committed to its maintenance.

Respond to everything that is posted on your wall. You should always dedicate some time to make contact with people who have taken the initiative to get in touch with your business. Think about Facebook postings as the same as business calls. When people have questions or comments about your business it is necessary for you to respond.

Don’t be afraid to promote yourself. You often here that it’s bad to hard sell your products on social media, and that is true. But that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t celebrate milestones and other big moments. People love feeling like a brand is personal, and milestones add to that feel. It’s a human touch that really makes a difference.

You need to promote your customers making decisions regarding your brand. People love feeling important and in-the-know. There is nothing better than involving your fans in some of your business decisions. You may also want to ask what they want to know more about.

Those who use Facebook as a marketing tool need to make sure there are ways to interact with potential consumers. By design, Facebook is a social network. Most people use Facebook to communicate and share with others, so make sure that you are providing a means for you to have two-way conversation with others. Brainstorm about your brand’s specific aspects which are inherently social. If you create engaging content around these aspects, people will want to share it with their friends.

Don’t turn off the option that lets others post whatever they want to your page. What you think is content control is actually going to cause users to think that you are not interested in what they think.

Ask your customers to post reviews on your Facebook profile. Those who have interest in what you’re offering enjoy seeing reviews from past customers. Having comments and reviews from previous customers of your company available on your page may help any potential customers make their decision.

Promote your Facebook posts on Twitter. Twitter is an amazing social media for link sharing. If you take the time to craft some excellent Facebook posts, then get the word out by passing it through your Twitter stream. Don’t be afraid to tweet it a few times over the course of the week to help the content gain some traction.

Participate in conversation taking place on your page. Look for ways to draw your followers into interesting conversations. Ask questions or start a converstaion dialogue. Then join them as they engage in conversation. By communicating, people will begin to feel a personal connection to you. When this occurs, they are more likely to become customers.

Post pictures along with your text. It will make your post stand out in the newsfeed, and it gives it a little extra edge. Make sure, however, that you either use your own pictures or you use royalty-free images when posting. This is important because you do not want to essentially take someone else’s property without asking.

Post a “just for fun” post every so often. Not every post you write needs to be officially about your brand. People want to see that there are humans behind these fan pages. Every so often give them something that shows that you are. Repost a popular meme or something else that’s slightly random to your brand, yet still tasteful.

Use different techniques to market to different target audiences. This means that you have to acknowledge that people of all races, ages and sexes use Facebook, and each group responds to different strategies. If you want to have the best results possible using Facebook you will be sure to keep this tip in mind.

Add pictures with your Facebook updates. Relating to your customer base is job number one in marketing, and nothing relates to customers like photographs. Use your employees, your products or anything else that will grab your readers attention.

Make sure that any content you post is made shareable. There are many businesses that leave messages then they fail to allow users to share it with others. When you want more people to Like your page, offer them something they can’t get unless they click that Like button. One easy way to do this is by running a contest which only those who Like your page can enter. You could also offer a free ebook in return for a Like.

Do not forget to put contact information on your business’s Facebook page. This should include the same of your business, your phone number and the address of your business. If a person is interested in what they see on your Facebook page, it’s crucial that they have your contact information to learn more.

Talk density helps you figure out how many people are mentioning you or your products on the social media platform. You want your talk density to be around 15 percent or more, as that would mean that you are getting plenty of attention. If it is lower than that, consider changing things up or adjusting your marketing strategy.

Facebook’s introduction of their Timeline format is altering strategies for many business marketers. Timeline allows for the posting of larger photos that are more likely to grab reader interest. Successful marketers are posting these larger pictures, coupled with a targeted call to action. This can run the gamut from downloading coupons to encouraging product users to upload their own pictures of your product in action.

Be sure that you’re trying hard to put a personality behind your brand. If people find your information to be bland, they will think that about your business. Infuse personality into it, but remain professional while doing so.

Only post content on your Facebook page that is relevant to the interests of your target audience. Don’t let yourself get caught up in the social aspect and start posting everything you find interesting. Keeping your posts relevant will better engage your audience than having lots of pointless posts.

Do not use your official Facebook page to stay in touch with your friends or relatives. Make sure everything you share on your official page is related to your products and will interest your audience. Create a personal profile so you can stay in touch with your friends and family.

Reply to all negative comments on your page. Ignoring complaints will give a negative image of your brand. Addressing this promptly will help others to see you in a positive light.

Use a mixed media approach on your Facebook updates for the best results. Post photos of renovations or new dishes being offered, short videos of people using your product or having fun at your venue, as well as text posts! This will create a varied and more interesting approach for marketing.

A clear purpose is necessary when figuring out your Facebook marketing campaign. You can’t just think that getting lots of Likes on Facebook will bring in huge profits as a result. You must have clear goals, such as building sales by x percent, so you can work towards them.

Never neglect customers when business milestones and achievements occur. Send a short “thank you” message to your friends list and make sure to announce a celebration on the main page. This is just one more place where you have the opportunity to make your customers feel like an important part of your business and improve the chances of them becoming regulars.

Learn how to target your ads. Do not waste time and money marketing to people who are not interested in what you are offering. Filter users by age, geography or gender along with many other characteristics. Facebook makes it very easy to target your audience, so take advantage of it.

Tips For Using Facebook Marketing In Your Business

Staying on top of trends and maintaining a relevancy with your audience is critical in advertising. Facebook is used by many people and should be taken advantage of. Read through the following article and you should be able to build a marketing plan that works well.

Offering contests is an effective way to increase your fan base. Provide discounts and prizes to those who give your page a “like.” Make sure you follow through and really award a prize, or you will be seen as a dishonest businessperson.

Know what your goals are. Why do you want to use Facebook marketing? What do you hope to accomplish with it. Before you get started, it is very important that you take the time to clearly define your goals. Decide on an effective strategy. Try to get it right the first time.

Use Facebook to share links to your site. You should try writing weekly articles or launching a video blog so you can create more content on a regular basis. Your audience will subscribe to your updates on Facebook if you create quality content. Make sure you mention your Facebook campaign in your articles or videos.

Try your best to remain professional at all times. Even if you are placed in a position where you feel like being less than a pro, think twice. Everything you do will affect the way your business is perceived, so be careful about the way you present yourself to others.

Depending on your needs, a Facebook group may work better for you than a page. This will help generate an online community for better interaction. You can also use a group and a page to give updates and allow users to share content.

Don’t neglect your existing audience. People often focus on new customers and tend to forget about the old. For really great Facebook marketing results, it is important to attract an audience that knows it is respected. This engages your consumers with your brand, so you can’t forget who your champions are.

Facebook is one of many social media sites out there. This network is extremely popular, but some age groups or subcultures prefer other sites. Before you commit to Facebook, research which networks are most used by your target demographic.

Talk density helps you figure out how many people are mentioning you or your products on the social media platform. You want your talk density to be around 15 percent or more, as that would mean that you are getting plenty of attention. If it is lower than that, consider changing things up or adjusting your marketing strategy.

Like your customers back. Facebook is often a reciprocal community. You like someone, they notice you, and then they like you back. Don’t just wait for someone to discover you. Look for your target audience and take the first step in liking them. That’ll get you the introduction that you need.

You should calculate the conversion rate of your Facebook marketing campaign on a monthly basis. Assess how many products you sell thanks to this campaign and compare this number to how many subscribers you have. Your conversion rate is an excellent indication of how successful your Facebook marketing campaign is.

Encourage users to interact with you and other fans. If there is a conversation occurring about a posting, only intervene if it gets negative or nasty. Deleting a post because it goes off-topic will offend people. But, don’t hesitate to jump in if the content becomes mean or offensive.

Do not place any images on the cover of your page that are not good quality and/or are not relevant to your business. You may see a nice picture that you think people will love, but it won’t make any sense to post it if it has nothing to do with what you are selling.

The number of Likes on your page doesn’t affect its success necessarily. Customers on Facebook that really want to know about you are the ones who should be targeted. Study your own conversion rate to understand if your campaign is working well.

You must have a regular presence on your Facebook page if you wish for it to make a difference for your business. Facebook shares the most active businesses information before those that are not sharing information very often. To ensure that your messages are getting to those that care you must remain active.

Approaching your Facebook campaign as a way to make your brand more popular is not a good strategy. You will get better results if you approach Facebook as a way to provide your customers with quality content. Think of Facebook as a way to stay in touch with your customers rather than reaching out to more potential customers.

Express appreciation to your followers whenever you can. People don’t know you care unless you say that you do. Get creative and let your community know how much they mean to you every now and then. It will make them feel good and should increase their interest in you and your brand.

Give subscribers the possibility to share discounts with their friends. Your subscribers could help their friends win free products or get discounts on your items by sharing one of your updates and tagging one of their friends in it. Reward the subscribers who help you generate new sales by offering them a prize if their friend ends up buying a product.

Instead of thinking that Facebook is not for your business, think about the good opportunities that it actually presents to you. Since so many people have Facebook, you will have such a large audience exposed to your business. Keep these tips in mind moving forward.

How to Boost Your Instagram Marketing

With more than 500 million active users daily and increasing, Instagram has rapidly become a powerhouse in the social media world.

The popularity of Instagram has led many brands to focus their attentions on the platform when it comes to their social media marketing efforts, and whilst many are taking full advantage of the opportunities it can present, some are failing to fully utilise its potential. So, how can you boost your Instagram marketing efforts?

Get your bio right

For anyone visiting your Instagram profile, your ‘bio’ should act as a catalyst, to encourage users to follow your page. First and foremost, you obviously need to state who you are and what you do, followed by an incentive as to why they should follow your page (e.g. ‘follow us for marketing tips and guidance’), and finally share something with users that will highlight your expertise in your area, such as a whitepaper or guide. Within each of these points, don’t be afraid to use emojis, as this will help your bio to stand out.

Use video

Research shows that users are 95% more likely to recall a CTA when watching a video, as opposed to only 10% that read a CTA, and therefore using videography as a marketing tool is a no-brainer. As a visual social platform, Instagram is the ideal place to utilise your video content, including promotional, testimonials, office culture and more.

Hashtags

If you want your post to be seen by an audience wider than your following, then you must use hashtags. Particularly for Instagram users, who can actively ‘follow’ hashtags, these are a great way to categorise a post whilst simultaneously reaching your target audience. There is a fine line between too little and too many hashtags, but it is recommended that you use a minimum of five. When it comes to which hashtags you should use, do your research and identify relevant keywords that have a minimum of 60,000 attributed to them.

Utilise stories

As Instagram evolves, stories have now become a vital part to any social media marketing strategy, with people now more likely to view your story in the first instance, prior to viewing your Instagram grid. On your stories you can re-share your content, provide insight into company culture, showcase events and don’t forget using the all-important hashtag and location pin. While stories are mainly for snippets of video, Instagram has recently introduced IGTV, which allows you to share much longer video content with your audience.

There are countless ways that a business can utilise the power of Instagram to boost their marketing success, and in following the four steps above, alongside other best practice techniques, this platform can bring significant returns.

The Most Futuristic Instagram Marketing Trends We Will See in the Next Years

When we talk about Instagram marketing, the first thing that every influencer and brand wants to know is what the future trends are going to be.

(Newswire.net — April 8, 2019) — When we talk about Instagram marketing, the first thing that every influencer and brand wants to know is what the future trends are going to be, how marketing will be affected by these trends and how marketing strategies will have to be changed to evolve alongside these trends. Here we review three of the hottest trends that are on their way to Instagram in the next years. Although all of these trends have started their evolution as we speak, it will be a few months before their real impact is visible on the platform, so even though they may appear mundane now, they are on their way to becoming game changers in the future.

AR Filters

The first trend we want to discuss is the inclusion of AR filters. Previously Instagram had been all about simple filters for complete pictorial change, and the platform proudly showcased these features. However, as times have changed so has Instagram. With the inclusion of AR filters, there is now going to be a whole new dynamic range of content that will be at the fingertips of the influencers, and they will use this to market their brands. With the advent of this new content, the strategies for marketing will also have to evolve to accommodate this new feature on the platform.

PR on Instagram

The second most important trend that is going to change the face of Instagram and Instagram marketing in the future years is the inclusion of offline events to facilitate the PR on Instagram posts. This occurs when a brand arranges an offline game and then includes the merchandise in it that is specifically tied to an Instagram post or an Instagram ad. This allows them to seamlessly convert their brand reach on Instagram to a real offline audience and vice versa. As more and more people attend the event, the brand reach increases even further. The only downside is that these events are not permanent, so they will not have the same scope for an extended period. The maximum that a brand can use an event post like this is for some hours, after which the event will have concluded, and only extra traffic will be seen on the post.

Integration of Shopping

The third significant trend in Instagram marketing that people should be on the lookout for is the integration of shopping and buying options into the platform itself. This will be a massive boost for the brands that are paying the influencers, but it will lead to a whole new kind of marketing strategy as far as the brand influencers are concerned. The main advantage of this will be that everyone who is on the platform will have the option of virtually purchasing goods of the said brand, thereby turning virtual influence into a physical purchase. However this will lead to an evolution of marketing strategies because till now the brand ambassadors have not been ready for instant purchases according to their influence, so once this trend takes hold, the posts on Instagram will have to deal with immediate influence.

Conclusion

All in all, these are three of the hottest trends that are headed to Instagram in the coming years. They will completely change the face of Instagram marketing as we know it. While many have studied them and have developed their strategies accordingly, some people are yet to evolve with these trends. So if you are one of the few who is, however, to change their approach in accordance with these upcoming trends, this post should help you understand the broad impact that these trends are going to have on the platform, and now you will be able to adjust or change your marketing strategies regarding these upcoming trends in order to stay ahead of competition and make sure that you are getting the best benefit from your marketing.

Stay authentic, stay true

The point is especially important for millennials who more believe in humans than in brand itself. Have a look at GoPro, they didn’t waste their time on lenses or other stuff selling, but encouraged to feel emotions from high skydiving and made a mash on the audience, and some money in addition.

Tune it to voice search

We are always hurrying or doing 2-3 tasks at once. And while an office worker is typing message to his boss, he may have his phone in the left hand and give a voice command where to order a table to dine with his beloved wife. Well, we have a bad news if you are not prepared for it…

The biggest difficulty here is that voice search result generally retrieves just 2-3 results, sometimes even 1 at all and it is really a herculean task to be in the list. But the winnings are very high.

Artificial Intelligence is coming

You might have not noticed it, but when you are texting in a chat with a bank manager, it is very likely that it is not a human being, but a chatbot. People like them, as they are always attentive, polite and always remember your choices.

Micro-moments

People are very spontaneous in their decision what and when to buy and it is a good way out for marketers. The simplest examples of micro moments are: “I want to know” or “I want to buy” – main idea is that all of them are focused on giving necessary ideas to users when they need it. Augmented and Virtual Realities are the kings

Both of these technologies help to feel users engaged and be active in communication with brand. One of brilliant cases we may observe here is IKEA’s option to try different things using Virtual Reality, before a customer will make decision to buy it.

Social networks are on the rise

It is not enough anymore to be present on one channel only. There is also a subtle aspect that your audience on Facebook is absolutely different to people from Instagram. And marketers should think about strategies for each channel individually.

Visual Search

Those who get puzzled with voice implementation may see it is not the only challenge they will take. The essence of this technique is in searching the things you need by photos. Good news is that you have some time to think about it or check how Google copes with it as artificial intelligence is not smart enough yet to process the information in the same way as human brains do.

Of course, you might have mentioned some other trends, it may be something specific for your niche. But if you catch common trends, it will be easier to implement all narrow ones.
